A sacred feminine embodiment practice for women
You are invited to move into the circular, the spiral, the intuitive, free flowing intelligence of your body.
The SheSession is a guided practice based on Somatic principles, Daoist practices and the natural feminine ways of moving. This practice supports you in releasing tension, stress and apprehension and awakens your fluid and sensual body, your heart and your alignment between heaven and earth.
I offer those classes in different formats:
As a single class, a class that stands on its own and can be very beneficial and it offers a taste of what I’m offering.
As part of co-laborations with other facilitators
As series 6 weeks or 8 weeks, where we meet and practice in the same circle of women over a few weeks, deep shifts and changes will happen over those weeks.
~~ A more authentic expression of who you really are will flow into your life.
~~ A new way to be with emotions and feelings as they’re accessed in every class.
~~ Your physical body will feel more fluid, comfortable or even pleasurable. There’s some strengthening that happens in a organic not pushy way.
~~ Hormonal Imbalances, period pain, transition into menopause, pregnancy are all greatly supported to come into a healthy and wholesome place.
~~ Blockages through the body of an emotional, energetic or physical nature will soften and open up.
~~ getting in touch with a deeper aliveness in your being
~~ Supporting an ongoing inquiry and curiosity about living in a female body and the potential arising from that. Tuning into your physicality, the heart, the breasts, the womb, genitals and ovaries and experiencing their energy and potential.
This classes are for any woman with any level of fitness. Rest is encouraged and supported whenever needed.
6 WEEK SERIES
A somatic exploration of our womanly anatomy and physiology – how would it feel to embody yourself more fully, to walk your path feeling the aliveness in your hips and your heart?
In this 6 week Series we’ll be exploring different aspects of our feminine anatomy:
A series of 6 classes over 6 week
We start every week with a Sacred Feminine Yoga practice and then move into the particular focus for the week.
I also love and I’m very inspired by the Body Mind Centering® approach into experiential anatomy: we’re looking at the body from an anatomical perspective to start with, we’re taking in the map, just a little bit of the bodily structure, our anatomy and physiology. Then we go inside, exploring it through movement, breath and sound, allowing any sensations and feelings to be there, inquiring into our opening and unfolding.
This classes are amazing for women to awaken and open up deeper into their potential as woman and human beings.
A very important aspect for this to happen is the truthful and loving attention to self – awakening a love affair with yourself; the sparkles and the deep surrender / relaxation into self. My prayer is for you is to get to know your taste, the flavor of who you are in this embodied experience that we call life on earth. For You, to get a feeling and experience of how your spirit chooses to express itself through you, your unique You in this form.
I feel that this is very helpful in our interaction out there in the world, it’s this inner knowing that can guide and that can attract in what is most suitable and life enhancing. I love for us all to be thriving rather then surviving.
For me I consider the body, the form to be a very important aspect, it’s amazing, how precisely and intricately it has been created or evolved. The richness, the challenges, the pleasure, the transcendence…
This classes/ series are created to offer deep nourishment and restoration into your life. They’re spacious and safe to explore and discover more of yourself with inspiring practices surrounded by a circle of amazing Women/Sisters.

Womanly explorations through Breath, Movement and Inquiry
We are offering a space for deep inquiry into the unseen, the deeper aspects of self that lie dormant, under the surface but are ready to be seen and met.
You will be guided through the day with much care and inspiration:
We go deep into the physical, experiencing Sacred Feminine Embodiment practices to awaken your delicious body and energetics. Followed by partner work and inquiry through the physical body into aspects of our patterns and belief systems.
Following the anchoring into your body we’ll go into a full Conscious Connected Breath Journey. There is real Magic in allowing the breath to take you into the subconscious, the subterraneous layers of self, unlocking blockages, meeting different aspects in the physical, emotional and spiritual realms.
