A day to lay down the shields , remove the masks and let go of roles, perceived identities, expectations and ‘shoulds’ and make space for the fullness of self to emerge and reveal new or hidden aspects that are ready to be embraced and integrated.

We are offering the opportunity for deep inquiry into the unseen, the deeper aspects of self that lie dormant, under the surface but are ready to be seen and met.

Nourishment, satisfaction and gratitude is what arises when more of the unconscious has been retrieved and integrated into the whole of who you are. There is a relaxation and a joy of feeling more deeply, understanding more clearly who you really are and using the treasure that has been uncovered to move you forward in the direction you desire, the direction existence wants to support you in.

We go deep into the physical, experiencing Sacred Feminine Embodiment practices to awaken your delicious body and energetics. Followed by partner work and inquiry through the physical body into aspects of our patterns and belief systems.

Following the anchoring into your body we’ll go into a full Conscious Connected Breath Journey. There is real Magic in allowing the breath to take you into the subconscious, the subterraneous layers of self, unlocking blockages, meeting different aspects in the physical, emotional and spiritual realms.

The invitation is to submerge into the shadow realms, your underworld. What is there in the unconscious realms that is waiting and ready to be seen, met and integrated into your system? Only what has been brought up into consciousness, by being seen, met and felt can assist you, transform you, alchemically expand and sweeten your life.

In meeting those aspects of your self, your being can relax more fully as there is more wholeness and energy coming into the body system ~ your vortex….

This day is for humans who possess a yoni and are seeking to understand more of themselves. Those who are ready to move and breathe into deeper wholeness and clarify their direction, their next steps.

The flow of the day ::
In the morning Claudine will guide you through a deep embodiment practice, energising and re-wilding, awakening the feminine body and energetic systems.

We move next into partner work where we will inquire through the mind, the heart and the body, finding your authentic expression and allowing this to inform your being.

In the afternoon we dive into a sacred breath journey guided by Karlyn, allowing the breath to take you into the subterraneous layers of self, unlocking conditioning and programming, meeting different aspects in the physical, emotional and spiritual realms.

The integration of the uncoverings is then anchored in through grounding and loving touch. We share and introduce some ideas of daily self-care and self-inspiring practices before we part.

Claudine Gurtrude
It has been 20 years since Claudine started her journey from her head down into her body. That was 1997, arriving in Sydney, 30 years old and amazed by the creative, grounded dancers, artists and bodyworker she met.
Having deeply immersed herself in her own practices over the years she has come to honor and own her vulnerability, strength, aliveness and sexuality more fully. Reconnecting women to their internal knowing, sensuality and inner wilderness is her gift. Claudine is devoted to this path, and wholeheartedly walks her talk, bringing a strong sense of compassion and transformative energy to every relational experience she has. read more about her and her offerings:

As Claudine was guided through a little 20 mins breath practice with Karlyn at a Shakti Spa Taster night 2 years ago, she knew that she wanted to work with this woman. Karlyn holds the energy beautifully and powerfully with the invitation to go deep, that’s what Claudine likes too!

She has trained in Breathwork Mastery, Life Coaching, Yoni Mapping Therapy, Tantric Bodywork & Sacred Sexuality, Yoga and Conscious Birth. With more than a decade’s experience, the space she offers is one of profound kindness, understanding and empowerment.

~ If you pre-book a place, full payment is required no later than 5 days prior to the event
~ Payment plans are welcome in the lead up to the event. Please make contact with us to to arrange
~ If you need to cancel your place within 5 days of the event, 30% of the price you’ve paid will be non-refundable. Please try to find someone to take your place or you can transfer to the next event, they happen quarterly
~ If you need to cancel your place within 2 days of the event, 30% of the price you’ve paid will be non-transferable to the next event. And no refund is possible unless there is some emergency for you or in your close family.
~ in case of flooding, heavy storms or other catastrophic events out of our control we’ll be doing our best to refund you as much as possible. We’ll need to cover our expenses. We’ll very likely refund around 70%.
